Hilton Downtown 225-344-5866 (reference Abner/Himel wedding); negotiated price is $139.00 per night. We currently have 5 rooms reserved for Thursday night and 10 rooms reserved for Friday and Saturday night. If all of the negotiated price rooms are booked, please contact Dawn and she will add more rooms to the contract. The hotel is 0.3 miles from the location for the wedding, so you will be able to walk there, if you wish. Note that there is a complimentary shuttle provided by the Hilton. This complimentary shuttle runs, completely for free, within an 8 mile radius from the hotel! Therefore, anyone flying into or out of Baton Rouge will not need to rent a vehicle. If you would like to sight see, you may want to consider a rental vehicle or contact Dawn who can provide for transportation. Map below!
